Programs

Book Illustration allows students to free their creativity through stories and express themselves using visual language. The class will cover all the essential elements in children’s book art, including character design, storytelling, flow and rhythm in composition, the process of book making and color theory. By the end of the quarter, each student will come out with a unique story that create by themselves!

Drawing Technique Foundation class is an academic training class focused on drawing skills and techniques designed for 8-10 years old students. It is a technique supplemental course for our core program, the Art Foundation class. This program systemically introduces the knowledge of art elements and principles in drawing, and the skills and techniques of actively and purposefully using them in their art. Because drawing is the most fundamental skill for visual art study, this class will efficiently cultivate and improve the students’ abilities of visual cognition, observation, space imagination, and hand-eye coordination.
